where can i find dolyak signet at factions ? or even where is a boss that i can sign of cap it?? i need it for elite deep mission thx for further replyies

According to wiki, it can only be learned at these places in tyria:
* Marna (Ice Tooth Cave)
* Firstwatch Sergio (Lion's Arch)
* Dakk (Ember Light Camp)

You could travel to lions arch from cantha though

It's a Prophecies-only skill. You cannot get it in Factions.
